How it works
From the first question to your final documents, incorporation becomes a single guided workflow — with a human advisor reviewing every critical step along the way.
- 1
Answer a guided questionnaire
Tell us who is founding the company, what the activity is, whether foreign shareholders are involved, and how you prefer to work. It takes about three minutes and doesn't require an account.
- 2
Get a suggested route and package
Based on your answers, we suggest the most likely legal form — LLC, one-person company, joint stock company, or another route — with a matching service package. This is a preliminary suggestion, not legal advice.
- 3
Create your account and complete the intake form
Enter the details of your company: proposed names, founders and shareholders, business activity, capital, and registered address — all in one structured form you can save and return to.
- 4
Upload your documents securely
IDs, passports, powers of attorney, and supporting documents go into a private, encrypted workspace with signed access links and full audit logs. Only the people working on your file can see them.
- 5
Pay clearly, with an itemized invoice
Payments are currently settled by bank transfer or invoice. Platform and coordination fees are stated upfront; government, notary, and translation fees are separate and itemized so there are no surprises.
- 6
A human advisor reviews your file
Before anything is filed, an advisor checks your documents, entity choice, and application details, and contacts you in your application's message thread if anything is missing or unclear.
- 7
We file with the authorities through official channels
Your incorporation is filed with GAFI, the Commercial Registry, and other competent authorities through their official channels. You can follow each status change in your dashboard as it happens.
- 8
Receive your final documents and next-steps checklist
Once incorporation is complete, your final documents appear in your dashboard, together with a post-incorporation checklist: tax card, VAT assessment, social insurance, bank account, and statutory books.
Human review at every critical step
The questionnaire and entity suggestions are automated helpers — nothing more. Every entity recommendation, every document, and every filing is reviewed and approved by a human advisor before it moves forward. No application is ever filed automatically.
A note on what we are
This platform is an incorporation support and workflow service. It is not a government portal and does not replace GAFI, the Commercial Registry, or other official channels — and it is not a substitute for legal or tax advice. Processing times depend on the authorities and the specifics of each file, so we never promise fixed timelines. Suggestions produced by the platform are preliminary and always subject to human review.
