Terms of Service
1. Scope of the service
Taseesly (the "Platform") provides incorporation support and workflow services for companies in Egypt. This includes a guided questionnaire, structured intake forms, secure document collection, coordination with advisors and legal partners, filing support through official channels, and status tracking.
The Platform is not a government portal. All filings are made with the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones (GAFI), the Commercial Registry, and other competent authorities through their official channels. The Platform does not replace those authorities and has no power to bind them.
The Platform does not provide legal or tax advice. Automated suggestions (such as entity type recommendations) are preliminary orientation only and are always subject to review by a human advisor.
2. Fees and payments
Fees quoted on the Platform cover platform and coordination services only, and are stated as "starting from" amounts. Government fees, notarization, certified translation, capital deposit requirements, and similar third-party costs are separate and are itemized before payment.
Payments are currently settled by bank transfer or invoice. Fees for services already performed are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or agreed in writing.
3. No guarantee of outcome or timeline
Incorporation decisions, approvals, and processing times rest with the competent authorities. The Platform does not guarantee that any application will be accepted, that a proposed company name will be available, or that any process will complete within a particular time.
Estimates communicated by the Platform or its advisors are good-faith indications only and do not create binding commitments.
4. Your account and obligations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including identity documents and founder and shareholder details, and update it promptly when it changes.
Submitting forged, falsified, or misleading documents or information is grounds for immediate termination of the engagement and may be reported where the law requires.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, to incorporate entities intended for fraud or money laundering, to interfere with the Platform's operation or security, to access data belonging to others, or to upload malicious content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the platform and coordination fees actually paid by you for the engagement giving rise to the claim. The Platform is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, for decisions of governmental authorities, or for delays and outcomes outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform, its content, and its software are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of the Platform operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform for your own incorporation engagement.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the services are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections.
