Privacy Policy

1. What data we collect

To provide incorporation support services we collect: account data (name, email, phone, preferred language); identity documents (national IDs, passports, powers of attorney); founder and shareholder data (names, nationalities, ID numbers, ownership percentages, contact details); company data (proposed names, activity, capital, registered address); payment records; and communications you exchange with our team through the platform.

We also collect limited technical data (such as authentication cookies and audit logs of actions taken on your file) needed to operate the platform securely.

2. Why we collect it

We use your data to prepare and coordinate your incorporation, to communicate with you about your application, to satisfy identity verification and legal obligations connected with company formation, to process payments, and to keep the platform secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3. How your data is stored

Data is stored with Supabase, our infrastructure provider. Documents are held in private storage buckets — never publicly accessible — and are served only through short-lived signed URLs to authorized users. Access is governed by role-based permissions and row-level security, and actions on your file are recorded in audit logs.

4. Who we share it with

We share your data only as needed for your engagement: with the advisors, lawyers, and accountants working on your file; and with GAFI, the Commercial Registry, the Tax Authority, and other competent authorities as required to complete your incorporation — with your consent and as part of the engagement you requested. Service providers who process data for us (such as hosting and email delivery) are bound to use it only on our instructions.

5. How long we keep it

We retain data for as long as needed to provide the services and to meet legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations connected with company formation. Specific retention periods are being finalized and will be published here; documents no longer needed are deleted or anonymized.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of data we no longer need, and a copy of the data you provided. You may also object to certain processing. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

7. Contact

For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact us through the contact page or by email to the address published there. We will ask you to verify your identity before acting on requests concerning your data.
